At FYMJewelryDesign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return due to their personalized nature.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your padded shipping envelope.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
