How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?

To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in the airtight pouch provided with your purchase.

Can I request a custom design or personalization?

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All FYMJewelryDesign pieces come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
